 <li>IN-NETWORK: Brightline is in-network with many major health plans and employers. If they happen to be out-of-network, they can assist you in requesting reimbursement.</li>
 <li>VIRTUAL: All sessions are conducted via live video visits from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm local time.</li>
 <li>LIVE SESSIONS: Coaching sessions are 30 minutes long, while therapy sessions are 55 minutes.</li>
 <li>MESSAGING: You can message your coach anytime for additional support.</li>
 <li>EXPERTS: Brightline's therapists and psychiatrists hold valid licenses as mental health experts. The behavioral health coaches either possess a master's degree in a psychology-related field or a bachelor's degree with a coaching certification.</li>

In addition to their main services, Brightline is also the provider of BrightLife Kids. This program, known as CalHOPE program by Brightline, is completely free of charge and doesn't require insurance or referrals. It is available to families residing in California with children aged 0-12. The program offers virtual behavioral health coaching, secure messaging available 24/7, and an extensive library of helpful articles and videos.

BrightLife Kids coaches are fluent in both English and Spanish. They have received training and have experience working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Additionally, they embrace cultural diversity.
